Way to soft and not the same as older versions

It says medium to firm it's the softest pillow I've ever used. Zero support my head sinks right down to the mattress. My neck hurts now as it offers ZERO support. I had a different tempur pedic pillow before and it was great. Save your money.

I said I got a different pillow than the one we tried out.. it's very heavy.. that's okay , but it's flat to lay your head on. I wake up in the night flipping my pillow.. My husband said he can't use them.. I had to give him his old pillow..would never advise anyone to pay this much for this pillow.. very disappointed..
