I have bought so many pillows the last few years, trying to alleviate waking up with pain in my arm, neck and shoulders. This is the first pillow that provides relief. If I toss and turn , or get up to use the washroom, I never have to flip the pillow to find the cool side, or to make up for sags in the middle. I highly recommend.

I've been on the lookout for a pillow that supports my neck and hands down this is it!! My husband jokes because I have like 6 pillows for me to sleep with. When I got this one it was the one I had been looking for and I seriously slept ALL night. Go get you one!
