Neck Pains Immediately

My wife and I are throwing these away after 2 nights of use. These pillows flatten immediately and I can feel my arm underneath. I expect higher quality for what I paid. We're going back to our 4 year old pillows made by Sleepy that were half the price.

First I must say that I got the order in a very timely matter so that was much appreciated. My son has thoroughly relished his Tempurpedic pillow. He suffered with neck pain from the other pillows he was using and didn't get good rest each night and that all changed once he began using his Tempurpedic pillow. You may hesitate about spending that amount for a pillow but in my opinion good sleep far outweighs that initial spending of money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow does seem cool to the touch when 1st use. I think it loses of bit of cooling temperature when you put a pillow case on it. Perhaps a silk pillow case is better than cotton. It's expensive. But overall it's a good pillow and worthy of a 4 star rating.

Way to soft pillow should be label as super soft pillow isn't worth the money. Wish I could exchange it or return it because the pillow is useless to me. I don't know if I got a defective one but they both have the same feel to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is soft and your head slowly sinks to the point that's almost flat you end up with no neck support, dual cooling stays cool for a few minutes then you have to flip it around which is almost impossible due to how heavy it is. (Dual cooling was the main reason why I bought it) I was hoping this pillow was the answer to my constant flipping during the night but it wasn't, I heard about it on a Netflix show called On My Block and Tempurpedic is a well trusted name. Very expensive pillow and I guess I'll just have to keep searching

Terrible pillow

Let me start by saying I have loved tempur-pedic all my life, I currently sleep on one of their mattresses and have owned some of their other pillows before in the past. However, their tempur-cloud breeze dual cooling pillow is absolutely awful. It is possible that mine are defective or something but these pillows immediately go flat as a pancake as soon as you rest your head on them and offer no support at all which is not typical for their products. I will say that the cooling function does absolutely work and that aspect of the pillow is great but definitely comes with neck pain due to lack of support. Coming from someone who has always loved their products, this was a huge disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
