I bought two of these to replace the two I'd had for several years. These are inferior at every level. They're not cooling. They don't respond...I wake in the night with my head in a hole. They are smaller. Neither the permanent nor removable cover fit snugly. When I filed a warranty claim for replacement, I was told no. Big, big disappointment in both this particular item and the company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow was ordered as a gift for my husband who wanted a long-lasting cooling pillow. Unfortunately, it was way too thick and firm for him. It seems like a good quality pillow. We can't use it.
