[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love the pillow. I purchased new pillows a couple years ago during your buy 1 get 1 event. They were TOO SOFT and unusable by me. This time I really red the firmness levels and purchased TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling but I thought you would send me 2. I was a little disappointed when I only received 1. It is the perfect the firmness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is perfect! It said cooling and boy it is cold. I am a side sleeper and like to sleep with my arm under the pillow. When I try to fall asleep I like to twirl my hair, but this pillow is so firm it doesn't like to bend. Since I like a firm pillow this is not enough to affect my 5 star review. Great pillow and would highly recommend.

I could not give the pillow 5 stars as it was way too soft for me and it is somewhat cool. If you do not like firm, this would be a great option. Unfortunately I have gone back to my old one. Essentially having two expensive decorative pillows is what these have become.
