I wish to commend the Tempurpedic sales rep at the South Windsor, CT store, Carlos. He was very informed, professional, helpful, competent, and courteous in my purchase. This particular pillow did not meet my particular needs but I feel very satisfied that upon my return Carlos will again provide the service I appreciated.

Uncomfortable, hot, and terrible smell

The pillow has this terrible smell that is somewhere between nail polish remover and turpentine. Customer service said it will go away within a week but we have been leaving it outside during the day to air out and it still stinks. My wife is pregnant and the smell is making her nauseous so I am not sure if we can even continue trying to use this. Additionally, I typically don't get too hot while sleeping but this pillow feels like it is baking my head. I have never had such a hot pillow before it is terribly uncomfortable. Customer service will not do anything to rectify the situation so I am stick with this thing. Use another company who actually stands by their products and wants their customers to find something that actually works!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No support, goes flat as soon as you lay on it.

Bought this on the BOGO sale for me and my wife and very disappointed. The pillow does not have any support, as soon as you lay your head on it it goes flat. We went back to using our old pillows and wasted a lot of money. You can easily press your hands on opposite sides of the pillow and press them together. We are side sleepers and this pillow does not work for us, but I don't think it would work for back or stomach sleepers either. Wish we could return them, but Tempur does not let you return pillows. Unless you like very flat pillows, do not buy. But it does a good job cooling.
