[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is the absolute worst pillow I have ever used and I have bought a lot of pillows and have stayed in a lot of hotels. I like a slightly firm pillow. The description of the pillow says it is "medium/hard" but that is a complete lie! This pillow is rock hard. It felt like sleeping on a cinder block. Absolutely no give. Now I am stuck with a 200 pillow because there is a 0 return policy which is ridiculous. I even tried to give the pillow away to 4 different people and they all said the same thing....rock hard....wouldn't even take a free 200 pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HORRIBLE NECK AND BACK PAIN WITH USE

I am a 35 year old healthy active person. I have horrible neck pain this morning from this product, and also another pillow for this site. Do not waste your money. I bought it because I wanted a cooling pillow since I sleep hot. That is a good feature, but my head sinks to the bottom and there's no support. It's uncomfortable and bad for the spine. It's awful...too expensive...what a waste. They seem to not care that their products do not work. Check all the 1-star reviews first since those are probably the real ones ( I did not do this since they filter for 5 stars automatically).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I fell in LOVE with temper pedic probably 20 years ago. Our old pillows had served us well but we needed new ones. I like the new style that we chose for the most part. My one complaint would be you can't fluff these new ones. Our old pillows were made of cut up pieces of temper pedic material. The new ones are more uniform. We do really enjoy the cooling effect on the new pillows.

I actually just purchased a second set of these as I bought these originally a few years back and just fell in love with them. Every time I travel or sleep at someone else's house I miss these pillows as they are the most comfortable pillows I have ever bought, and I have tried many many pillows over the years. I do not skimp on bedding and this has now become one of my standards of cozy bedding.
