My husband loves this pillow. I call it the leaden pillow. It is the heaviest pillow I’ve ever seen, except for maybe those buckwheat pillows that were popular in the 90s. You genuinely have to warn someone, so they can brace themselves, before being bludgeoned by this pillow in a pillow fight. It does keep his head cool as he sleeps as well. It can also double as a weighted blanket replacement. There have been no serious injuries to report so far.
As a cooling pillow it isn't great. There may be cooling material on both sides but it does not start very cool so even if it stays as it starts- it isn't cool. It is quite firm, though, and a good firmness and depth for me. So I would not recommend it as a cooling pillow.
Replaced an older Temperpedic pillow with this. Now have a pillow I can't use because it is too thick and caused extreme neck pain. went back to the the older pillow.
Ordered 2 pillows for my son’s home as I love mine and always have a neck ache sleeping in hotels and such. They are a little more firm and heavier than the ones I already had but it gives the perfect amount of support and you just sink into them. Love them!
The TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling Pillow really stays cool all night long. I covered it with a REST Evercool+Cooling Pillowcase that ensures that there are no hot spots anywhere. The pillow provides excellent support and conforms to my head and neck very comfortably.
