Pillows have chemical smell

I have removed protector to allow gases to escape but it still keeps us up at night to smell it.

Love our Temperpedic Cal King size pillows. Wish they weren’t so heavy to move around. Also, the pillows are washable…however I can’t imagine it would fit in a home washer/dryer. They are very comfortable🥰

I have never been to pain doctors until I started using these pillows... I purchased 8 for all the bedrooms, they are NOT GOOD products. Do NOT let them LIE to you. The worst case is that they DO NOT ACCEPT returns on these products. I have been using pain medication due to stiff neck since these pillows were purchased than I have used in my entire life. SO STRONG!!!!

Nice cooling, firmness doesn’t last that long

For a pillow of this price, I’d expect to get at least two-four years out of it. Unfortunately it didn’t last more than a year, I did repurchase because it is a good product when it is firm. It cools well and consistently.

Sleeping disorder

I have a 2007 Tempura Pedic firm mattress. It nice and sleepy firm. But, in 2020 I suffered blood clots in my lungs. Went into cardiac arrest X 3 was admitted to hospital. While in hospital I became infected with Covid and pneumonia. Spent 18 days in hospital, coded again. By Gods hands, doctors and nurses I recovered. Lost function of 55% lung capacity, had sleep study and ended up on O2 and Cpap machine. Tried cpac for almost 2 years, but constantly had nightmares. Tried mask, nasal still ended up having nightmares. The only place a seemed to be able to sleep occasionally still is a recliner about 3 hours a night. Been on Eloquis 5mg twice a day. In 2023 got atrial fib. I was not a candidate for the inspire procedure because of the atrial-fib. Had the usual cardiac cath,,angiogram, then finally and meds to regulate A-Fib., but still can’t use cpap because of nightmares. I use O2 machine at night and if needed short intervals during the day. Still active outside, gardening and cutting grass regularly in spring and summer, but tire easily and have to test at intervals. A drink plenty of water daily, but now have developed hematuria because of heat, dehydration and lack of sleep. I’m on so many meds a day, I feel like a walking pharmacy. This is what leads up to me trying the new Tempra-Pedic , multi position frame and new mattress. Hopefully I can rest better at night, and feel better during the day. I want badly to progress back to being a normal person at least part of the time. It’s long but I hope to get some relief and maybe give someone else hope to try the same when all else fails.

Quality Has Worsened

I purchased two of the Tempur cooling pillows to replace the two I had from a few years ago. The quality is not the same and has deteriorated to the point the new pillows are unusable. The pillows are extremely soft and stay deflated when you lay on them. Your neck gets wrenched because it is so soft your head sinks. Don't waste your money on these pillows which they have made cheaper and worse.
