Really shocked that from the brand and price. it was like cheap reg pillow. Would I knew it was like that I would of not purchase it.

Claiming these pillows are medium-firm is simply not accurate. Our initial excitement over purchasing our first pair of king-size pillows quickly turned into disappointment. Despite their ample length, they deflate to a mere 2 inches when you lay your head on them. We tried one pillow and found it unsatisfactory, only to realize later that the return policy is unfairly restrictive. As a result, we're now stuck with two expensive pillows that fail to meet our expectations.

I thought I was paying for a good night's sleep. But I was mistaken. The pillow is so thick that your head is held upright all night. I have started getting neck pains due to this. It doesn't press down enough to take the shape of your head. I called customer service and Camoro said she could do nothing about it. Too bad too sad that the pillow didn't work for me after paying so much. Tempur doesn't care! I think its just a hype.
