it definitely is not a medium firm pillow . you completely sink in and your head reaches the mattress. For the price i expected it to be a way better pillow .

It wasn't a medium feel to me, in fact it felt like it zero support. I want my old firm support so my neck isn't worse when I wake up. Also, I still wake up with sweaty hair, so the cooling isn't enough to keep my head cool.
