This pillow is not only supportive for me as a side and back sleeper, but also prevents me from slipping down while sleeping so I don't wake up with no support whatsoever. After settling in and finding the right spot to start molding into, I then feel the cool kick in. Highly recommend this pillow!

Definitely good quality pillow. However, this is not medium firm by any stretch of the imagination. This is a soft pillow. Would be great for a back sleeper. It squishes down way too much and does not have enough support for a side sleeper.
