Cooling works but smelly

You can certainly feel the cooling when you place your head. After about a month, the pillow still stinks. I've tried airing it out. I think eventually the smell will go away, but taking longer than anticipated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product! We replaced 13 year old tempurpedic pillows with new dual cloud medium-firm pillows and what a difference a decade makes. My neck feels absolutely fantastic.
The old pillows had gotten somewhat hard and served their purpose with much use. They, like their user, had gotten old, but were great for many years. That is the reason we bought Tempurpedic again. We are glad we did.

I do like my pillow very much but wish it was a little softer. I had one before that seemed not so firm. But I do enjoy sleeping on it. It supports my head well and I do sleep good at night now.

Made my neck pain worse

A friend encouraged me to purcashe the Cloud Breeze because he claimed it virtually eliminated his neck pain. In fact he bought two, one for home and one for his frequent trips to trade shows. So I took his advise. When the pillow arived I removed it from the packaging and tried it that night. After about 15 minutes my neck pain was notably worse, plus I found the pillow quite uncomforteable - hard like concrete. Rather than toss it in the garbage, at my daughter insistence I gave it to my son inlaw. I did. Have not yet followed up with him to see if he liked it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TEMPUR Pillows never cease to impress

I purchased my two queen size dual cool pillows to replace an aging pair of memory foam pillows. I already had an old Tempur king size pillow from some years back, but I have to say that quality has done nothing but improve. The new cases seem much more sturdy, and the cooling is just as good. I’ve had no complaints about these items, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable night’s sleep.
