My husband was disappointed with this very expensive pillow! It was part of the $300. in 'free stuff' we could select when we bought our Tempurpedic mattress and fully adjustable base. I would suggest that shoppers use their $300. credit on something else, such as the sheets (which we love) and the waterproof mattress cover (we bought 2 as they are NOT machine dryable and take a really long time to air dry!).
Pros: feels a bit cool when you rest your head on it
Cons: Heavy / Bulky, not all that comfy

The pillow is very hard and gave my husband and I neck problems. Could use for reading in bed if propped up on headboard. I was supposed to receive King-sized pillow covers and they sent me Standard-sized. Not good business and they said they only have standard size available. NOT GOOD! I like the dual-cooling on the pillows.

After years on a memory foam mattress, which became permanently "dented" by the weight of our bodies, my husband and I got a Tempur-Pedic Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling mattress. Night and day difference! My husband, who I lovingly call "the towering inferno" because if I get anywhere near him at night, I become uncomfortably warm - can now sleep in cool peace, and so can I. My husband also uses the Tempur-Pedic cooling pillow, which, while being quite large and harder than most pillows, he's gotten used to and now loves. This bed gives us both a great night's sleep, and we recommend Tempur-Pedic to everyone - but especially the beds that have the cooling feature.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Functional, Good Value

I bought this pillow as I was in great pain prior to neck surgery. This has been a life saver. Even before my surgery, it allowed me to get rest that had been denied! Post surgery, it has been great. It always stays cool, and clouds my head perfeclly!

As indicated above, I an a bit disappointed in my pillow as it does not seem to cool very quickly so I turn it over in the middle of the night. I also feel it does not return to its original shape as fast as I would like. I 'm not sure it was worth the price. It seemed better for the first month or so, but then the performance was not as good.
