Good for hot side sleeper

Comfortable and good height for side sleeper but still has chemical smell after a month. Cooling element works great. Wish it came in standard size.

Way too heavy

Honestly, I find this pillow to be way too heavy and cumbersome. I can’t even move it during the night if I need to find a more comfortable position because it’s so heavy. It does stay cool, so that’s a positive, but the weight of it outweigh the cooling aspect. The older model of this pillow is about half the weight and still stays cool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coolish and too squishy, also a king size is GIGANTIC

This pillow is somewhat cooling, which is nice, but if you order a king it's the size of a city bus. It's so large that it will not fit in king sized pillow cases. Sadly, the other pillow on the bed is a Tempur-Neck, which is tic tac sized, so if your partner has this pillow, you will be suffocated with it repeatedly all night long as the pillow moves into the open space at the top of the bed. Aside from the size, it could do with being more supportive than it is, as it squishes down very quickly.

Best Nights Sleep

I’m a back and side sleeper. At first the pillow seemed too firm but after a couple of nights it was like it was made for me. It’s so comfortable, it molds to my head and keeps my cool all night long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The pillow has been awesome. It is the best pillow I've had to date and I love how cool it keeps my head. I am a warm sleeper and the cooling pillow has been a game changer for me.

Awful smell

Unfortunately even after airing the pillow out for weeks, the smell is still awful. So much that you cannot enjoy the pillow. I’m not quite sure if that’s normal but it’s really very terrible.
