The pillow is great for the first five minutes or so and then it starts getting hot. You have to turnover horse get it over to find a cool spot again. And it takes a little bit of time for the shape to recover

I get very hot when I sleep and this pillow keeps me cool at night. I used to wake up from overheating and that does not happen anymore. My only complaint is that this pillow is not as firm as the tempurpedic pillow that I owned previously. I am a side sleeper and I find that I have to turn it over to get the shape that I like during the night.
