Love this pillow. My head gets very hot which then makes me miserable. With this pillow it stays cooler! If one side gets too warm to be effective I just turn it over and it's cool again. It's just extremely heavy!

Great Pillow. I have not woken up in the morning with damp neck or head. It does sleep cool which I love. I love the pillow, but at the end of the day it is just a pillow and the price point on this is way too high. I bought it because I was getting a stiff neck and upper back. It has helped a little bit, but definitely not worth buying for that reason alone. I would return this item due to the price, except that the furniture store wont accept pillows once they leave the store... now I understand why.

Disappointing in retention of fluff & form, getting flat!

In master bedroom, to get a good night's sleep. It's comfortable, but really gets flat rapidly, not retaining its original fluffiness. It is cool temperature-wise, but really is disappointing that it doesn't fluff up like other memory foam pillows do.
