I bought this for the cooling affect and for the softness. It is a very stiff pillow and real heavy also. I still have to use a softer pillow on top of it. Not worth the money I spent on this!!

I have to admit that it took me about a week to get use to my new pillow and had some doubts the first couple of nights that I would, but I honestly love it now. I was having a lot of neck & back issues and my arms sometimes would even fall asleep when I slept on my side on my old pillow but all of these issues have subsided and I'm sleeping more soundly.

This pillow was advertised as a "Cool" pillow and it is that and much more. I just wish that I would have purchased it years ago. The only down side to the pillow is that it is very heavy, but the need for "Cool" out weights the heaviness of it. I would recommend this pillow to all that really want a cool head for sleep.
