Every morning since I was finally able to use it I've been able to wake up without neck pain. To a certain extent it's even alleviated some back pain and pain in my shoulders. The pillow is mostly cool with little heat and allows for less tossing and turning at night or during day naps. This is certainly the next best thing to having a Tempur-Pedic mattress and bed! I most certainly recommend!
