A Good Pillow While It Lasts.

This pillow was wonderful and greatly efficient in its job of relieving pressure and cooling, however what I assume is poor quality construction is the pillows downfall. The layer of gel on my pillow after just a few months of use has crumbles and come apart in my pillow resulting in a lumpy and sticky mess than I am less than pleased about. As much this pillow was I would really expect more and better than this, especially from this company. It's a good thing I bought two of them for my bed because it's not really comfortable to use as it is now.

Not worth it

I bought these pillows due to the company's reputation. We have had them over two weeks and are not impressed. They are hard, heavy and we've both had neck pain since using. I finally went back to my old pillow and got a good nights sleep. Guess if it's not broke don't fix it. The cooling is impressive, I really wanted to love these, but sadly didn't happen. Now I'm stuck with two pillows that cost wayyyy too much.

Slight Odor & Uncomfortable & Flat for Side/Stomach Sleepers

I purchased this pillow in hopes that it will be the most comfortable pillow int he world...Unfortunately it is not. I am a side and stomach sleeper. This pillow is very flat, heavy and thick. I have been using it for about two-tree weeks now, and I have yet to have one restless nights sleep. I can not comfortably get my arm underneath the pillow. Sleeping on my stomach, I can only manage to get the corner of the pillow underneath me (I have no clue, I have yet to be able to sleep on-top of the whole pillow) I tried bunching up the pillow and folding is nearly impossible. Granted, when sitting up or laying on my back with another pillow on top of this, it is so comfortable, but not for side/stomach sleeping :-(

I've been looking for a perfect pillow for over a decade (seriously), and this one is the winner! I have the King size which keeps me cool, provides excellent neck & head support, conforms perfectly & is soft yet firm enough to support. I highly recommend it!

Quality & Comfy Pillow

I've tried many pillows and I have to say that these are the best so far! It is extremely comfy for my heavy head (all other pillows I've tried sinks), this pillow conforms to my head and neck... The added cooling gel pad is an added bonus to this crazy summer, no more hot heads!

Misleading and Uncomfortable!

I wish I did and did not waste my money on this heavy over priced, uncomfortable pillow! This pillow is too high and really uncomfortable to sleep on if you are smaller. I'm 115 lbs and 5'3 and the thickness of the pillows hurts my neck because it sits too high and does not compact enough when I am laying on it. Not to mention these pillows are so heavy! I want to say it's about 10 lbs! I was under the impression that the warranty mean you can return this pillow if it was not suitable for you and I was wrong! Beware- you can not return this at all! I bought two because of the "great" reviews and so disappointed about the return policy. Now they will be pet beds =( If you are a smaller person I would really consider trying this out in stores 1st! I wish I did and did not waste my money on this heavy over priced, uncomfortable pillow!
