[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pillow, not too thick nor too hard. I'm a slender person and have trouble with most pillows being too high but this one works wonderfully. Very satisfied. Cool feel took a minute to get used to though.

The softest pillow I've owned

I had another Tempur-Pedic pillow that I purchased 5 years ago and it was very sturdy, so I wanted to try the cloud breeze with cooling and it is the best decision I've made. So soft and comfortable, and I love the cooling effect.
