The off gas smell on this pillow is horrible

Off gas smell on this pillow is horrible. I called Tempur-pedic two times both times they gave me the same advice put the pillow outside wash the pillowcase. I did everything they instructed me to and the smell will not go away, unfortunately.
The king size bed that we purchased from them is wonderful, but this pillow is not.

Supportive, cooling

I would like to rate this 4.5 stars. It is very comfortable, very supportive, and I am happy I purchased it. There was no odor, and I was able to use it the same day I unboxed it. It is very dense, but your head does depress it in the right spots. I sleep mostly on my side and back, but it is comfortable on my stomach as well. I feel like it will last a long time. My only con is the weight of it. It is very heavy. I would guess 5 pounds. I flip my pillow often in my sleep, which is why I notice/care about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good comfort

I bought two of these to replace old Tempur-pedic pillows. They are comfortable and stay quite cool especially with the pillowcases I got for them. However, when they arrived, there was an off smell to them. I sprayed them with Febreze but it remained. It eventually dissipated for the most part but I can still smell it occasionally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There is no comfort with the pillow I ordered. It’s going inside automatically after I sleep on it and becomes flat. It’s very hard to sleep on this pillow. I cannot return or exchange for another pillow set. It’s insane. It’s a waste of money.

Best Pillow Ever (Neck Pain Gone)

When I opened the package and seen how thick the pillow was, I got nervous because thick pillows typically make my neck pain worse. However, this pillow seriously conforms to your head and neck while maintaining a firmness that supports both. I was previously using the other Tempurpedic cloud pillow and though it was good, this one is a lot better. The cooling effect is like nothing I've ever experienced before with a pillow. You feel it right away and it does not get hot throughout the night. It's such a good pillow, I had to buy an extra one for my wife, who also loves it.
Most pillows don't typically hold their shape and firmness for more than a year. I've had these pillows for a few months, and they still feel like they did on day one. I'm hopeful they will hold up for longer than other pillows I've tried.

Horrible chemical smell that hasn't gone away. Doesn't stay comfortable. Gets hard when my head is laying on it making my ear go numb. WARNING: TempurPedic doesn't back pillows for a return or refund. That's NOT a good business model. I doubt they'll post this but thought I'd submit it anyway. If I could give this a 0-star rating, I would. Do not buy it.
