[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow. Its the perfect balance of firmness and softness for me. With my old pillow I wake up with pain in my neck and back, this new pillow I'm pain free. The pillow forms around neck neck and shoulders to alleviate any pressure I may put on myself while sleeping. I wasn't sure I would like the cooling part because I am always cold. But once there is a pillow case the cooling part of the pillow isn't as intense and is actually quite refreshing! Best pillow I have ever bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chronic neck pain had me trying tons of different pillows trying to find one that didn't aggravate my neck worse. I had high hopes when I received this pillow. It is super heavy, but laying on it literally felt like a cool, lovely breeze. It would have been perfect, but the pillow was too thick for me and my head ended up angled upward, resulting in more neck pain. I would need one half as thick.
Cons: Wasn't a good fit
