[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PILLOW. THE COOLING PART OF THE PILLOW IS AN ADDED PLUS TO THE COMFORT OF THE OVERALL PILLOW. I'M A VERY HOT SLEEPER AND NEED AS MUCH HELP WITH KEEPING COOL AS POSSIBLE. THE COOLING PART OF THE PILLOW HELPS ME TO BE ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP A LOT FASTER AND THE PILLOW IS SUPER COMFORTABLE.
Pros: Durable, Functional, Good Value, Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't think the pillow is terrible by no means. It's just not the type of pillow for me. It's really soft and sinks in when you lay down on it which is nice. I personally like pillows that are a lot more malleable and you can't shape this pillow as you'd like. It retains its shape and it's meant for you to sleep on it as is. Also the smell is also slightly off putting as usual. But long story short. The pillow is a good quality pillow but it's not meant for me.
Pros: Soft
Cons: Not Malleable
