[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both have neck issues and I had been using a Temperpedic pillow for 6 years because my chiropractor had recommended it. It made a huge difference and I traveled with that pillow whenever possible. I thought it was time to replace it and get one for my husband. After using mine for 4 days I started having neck issues again. This pillow is much larger and softer. We have now both gone back our old pillows. I call my original pillow the rock because of the firmness. I wish they still made that pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been a Tempur-pedic customer for 20 years, but I made the mistake of ordering the pillows, thinking I could return them if they were not comfortable. Once I got them, I was informed it didn't matter if they were out of the bag or not, I couldn't return them. The problem is that they are so soft, my head sinks too deep into the pillow, making it feel almost like I don't have a pillow under my head; which sounds crazy because each pillow weighs 10 pounds (and that is no exaggeration). I would recommend not buying these online, but going into the store where they will provide you with a pillow to demonstration its comfort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big guy. I like how these pillows support my head while sleeping on my side. They immediately fluff all the way back up when you raise your head. They do go a little flat when sleeping on my back but always fluff back up nicely.

Ultra cool but too lofty

Loved this pillow for a few nights but ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck due to how lofty (high) this pillow sits. I wish I could cut it half because the coolness on both sides is so amazing!
