Very Dissapointing!!!

It is cool. However not at all the firmness as promised. Way too hard for any sleep position... woke up with neck pains.

Love Love Love!

I've always had trouble sleeping, but being 5 months pregnant I've been having even more trouble sleeping. I ordered this pillow on Thursday, I've received it Saturday night. I had the best sleep and I'm looking forward to another good night sleep. I had trouble with UPS with my package being open when I received it. Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied.

Pillows are too hard

Unfortunately we got rid of the boxes so we can bring them back to the store will purchase it from but the pillows are way too hard and uncomfortable We are side and belly slippers so this hard pillows make it so difficult to fall asleep, we bought The cloud breeze soft mattress and is so comfortable but I hate to say we spent over $300 on a set of pillows that we can't even use, they are more like decorations pieces. Spoke to customer service and they wouldn't help. I feel like returning all $6000 plus we spend. No help whatsoever is unfortunate and sad.. bottom line the pillows are hard as rocks and it sucks we can't return it for a softer pair...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
