Great cooling

I was disappointed in this pillow. The cooling in the pillow is great. But for me it's the pillow itself . The pillow didn't feel as soft as I'd like it to be and it was just to thick of a pillow to sleep well.

Not very comfortable

This pillow is extremely heavy and dense and is not very comfortable. I definely would not have used "cloud" in the product description. It doesn't sink down enough which leaves my neck in a very awkward position. Unfortunately I am having buyers regret so if you are not sure, I wouldn't order it. You cannot return it.

Don't Buy It! Not Worth the Money!

The pillow is extremely heavy and cumbersome. When I took off the pillow covers to wash, I noticed that one side of the gel has rolled onto itself inside the mesh part. When I called Customer Service, they would not exchange it for me. I have spent upwards of $15,000 on Tempur-Pedic products in the last 10 years and you would think there is such a thing as loyalty to repeat customers, but don't be fooled.

This has to be the best pillow I have ever slept on by far. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a good nights rest.

GREAT COMFORTABLE PILLOW

This pillow is very comfortable and cool. It supports you, yet, it is soft and wide. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is very heavy.

Not for a small person

I bought two of these pillows in king size to go with my tempur-pedic bed. I own a traditional neck support pillow so I thought I would love these as well. However, this particular pillow is not comfortable for me. This pillow is too bulky and firm, does not contour to my body to provide comfortable support. My husband on the heavier side loves it as his heavier figure can sink the pillow. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone who is not heavy.

This pillow weighs a TON. It's extremely firm. I had some neck pain from my previous pillows and this made it worse. I'm going to try and exchange it. Definitely not my style.
