Felt cool for 6 minutes then feels HOT!

This pillow was a gift. It felt great for 6 minutes then had to flip it over to other cooling pad for another 6 minutes of 'this side DOESN'T cool.' Customer service is awful. I did not ask my family for the receipt because it was a gift! I'm stuck with a 10 pound piece of foam. Will NOT purchase our bed from here. Don't purchase this pillow. It does not perform like they claim. Warranty has proven useless. The store right here in Lexington, KY saw me with the pillow and everyone ignored me.

Goes flat and does not stay cool

For the price of this pillow you think it is going to be the greatest pillow ever and it is not! It goes flat and does not stay cool. I find myself waking several times a night having to turn it over and readjust

The cooling aspect of this pillow is amazing, but I don't think the pillow is comfortable. As you can see in the details, it's over 6 inches tall, but the pillow provides no give. It's very hard and uncomfortable.

this pillow is awesome ever since i order one, my neck issues has gone away and the cool thing about this pillow is that it has a breeze dual cooling it helps me fall asleep a lot fast. i so recommend this pillow to anybody who has neck issues or loves the feeling of cool breeze on the pillow

Too firm and uncomfortable

I tried this pillow in a Tempurpedic Store in Cincinnati, OH and the first time was really good. The first two days I could feel the "cooling breeze", but after that, you will not feel it anymore. The pillow is too firm and uncomfortable. I do NOT recommend it and Tempurpedic do not accept returns. Please be very careful before to buy it.

I love the cool of this pillow> I am a 65 year old women so I get pretty hot at night its great I can flip it over to feel the cool when I heat one side up. I would have liked it to be a bit more firmer. However, I am happy with the pillow.

the cooling pad came loose on one side after 7 months and had to call and get it replaced. otherwise, i love this pillow.
