Like a rock!!!

This is the heaviest pillow ever. It is so heavy it is difficult to flip. The cooling component of this pillow is not that effective as their is a patch of the cooling material on each side. My head was not heavy enough to even make an indentation in the pillow and that made it so uncomfortable. I awoke in the morning with an aching in my neck and shoulder that lasted through out the day. I do not recommend this pillow unless you are a body builder.

Cool pillows but very very uncomfortable

Wasted money, too firm and heavy. Foam mattress is great, but the pillows are very expensive and not worth it for the comfort you get.

Flattens Within Minutes

I bought two of these pillows with very high expectations because I was tired of sweating at night. I used these the first night and they flatten with no support. The cooling works but the lack of support is sad for such a highly recommended product. I called Tempurpedic and was advised that I was unable to return or exchange the pillow even though there are satisfaction guaranteed logos in every page. This is a sad experience for what I thought was going to be a superior product.

Cool - BUT......

Wow, how do I start. This pillow cools, but it is so heavy and big and for me is so hard. I really can't use it for a pillow, because it's uncomfortable for me. My head doesn't sink into it. I use it as a body pillow, but it is so heavy to turn, that it I don't know what to do with it. I want its cooling effect so I have to come up with something.

Heaven for my head

I have always waited whenever I sleep at night and this pillow is absolutely amazing it always feels just cool enough to give me a relaxing sleep and it absolutely contours to my head

Sleeping on a Tempurpedic did not go well for me until I purchased the pillow to go with the mattress. That made all the difference in the world

I would give zero stars if I could, this pillow has zero support and just bunches up on the sides when you put your head on it. I would expect a product satisfaction on a pillow this expensive(like other brands do) but all customer service does is tell you obvious suggestions like make sure the temperature of the bedroom affects the pillow.
