I run hot and that applies when I sleep too. I spent the night at a friend's place and he had these pillows. I was SUPER impressed with how cool they stayed and also how comfortable they are! I immediately asked him where they were from and within a couple weeks had ordered some for myself. Buy these pillows! Well worth the investment!!
