[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is very comfortable, and the cooling is unparalleled compared with any other cooling pillow I've tried. I don't like how much this pillow compresses down over time, as it becomes very thin, but it's still manageable.

My head sinks in just the right amount and I instantly feel the cold touch of the pillow. This pillow is medium firm, meaning it's more firm than a pillow you just sink straight through. It is still soft enough that my head sinks in just enough.
