Better than I expected

Comfortable and cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is cool when you first lie down. It eventually evens out its temp to be like any other pillow. It's a nice effect when you want a prolonged cool pillow effect. You can flip the pillow to start with a fresh cool side. Note: The pillow is heavy compared to others and a little less flexible due to the built in gel packs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tempur-cloud breeze dual cooling a little over a month ago and it has completely changed the way I sleep! It was difficult for me to have a good night sleep and would always wake up with a sore neck. However, after I bought my temper-cloud I instantly began sleeping so much more comfortably and would wake up feeling well rested and pain-free. Also, the cooling technology to keep the pillow cool at all times is such a great feature, I do not have to flip my pillow throughout the night to feel comfortable. Truly a great product that I highly recommend for everyone!
