Love the product; not the height

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a wonderful pillow with wonderful technology for falling into a deep sleep. However, the pillow is just too thick for me - I have broad shoulders but my neck is pushed forward quite a bit. If you are a taller person with broad shoulders this should work great if you re a back sleeper or side sleeper
