One Star is One Too Many!

I purchased two of these pillows for my wife and myself in hopes of getting a better nights sleep. Upon receiving my package I was eager to open it up and test out my new pillows and see if they needed to air for any period of time. Once I opened the box I was surprised to find two pillows packed lose in a box with only a plastic bag over them and no other paperwork which seemed a bit odd, but I figured I'd try them out hoping the quality of the pillows would make up for the poor packaging. I tried tried to like my pillow, especially with what I invested into it, but within seconds the pillow would go completely flat and would start to get hot. I tried to sleep on it for several nights hoping it was just a break in process, but it didn't get any better. After several nights of waking up constantly because of the pillow going flat and my head being hot, the pillow got tossed out the bed. I noticed my wife wasn't using her pillow either and when I asked why she wasn't using it, she replied that it was the worst pillow she'd ever had. She went on to tell me her experience of the pillow going flat and her head being too hot in it also. I called Tempur-Pedic customer service about the awful experience that we had with the pillows and that turned out to be quite the ordeal. I was told maybe it was just a defective pillow, I could understand one of them being defective but not both in the same shipment. Finally after several phone calls and emails to Tempur-Pedic I was sent a return label for the pillows to send them back. As of this time I've yet to be refunded for the two "defective" pillows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Pillow

The ONLY thing wrong with this pillow is the price being a bit high. We wouldn't have them if not for the BOGO offer. It is an awesome pillow. My dog hates it because it stays cool and does not warm up. That is a good reason for us to love it.

Cooling only lasts for 3 minutes. Pillow compresses too much

The cooling only lasts for 3 minutes or so and the pillow compresses too much. If I get up and come back to bed (3-4 minutes later) the pillow is back to its stiff normal shape but the "cooling technology" doesn't "reset". And then within 3 minutes, the pillow is back to a 3 inch thick flat heavy pancake. We are mostly side and some back sleepers...I thought this was going to be the right fit. In store shopping might have been a better way to find the right fit.

Worst pillow I've ever slept on

This pillow is the worst pillow I ever slept on. It's hard a rock and leaves my neck sore every night. I asked about a refund and was told no. I'll never order pillows from here again.

Comfort and well rested

Best pillow ever. We notice right away the difference in our sleep. For me the cooling is so soothing , our necks, and back felt so much better. Thank you Tempur-pedic. We also love your bed we purchased, what a difference in our sleep. Its wonderful to wake a feeling so good.

Stiffness and uncomfortable

I needed a pillow for support and figured in time this pillow would adjust to my liking. Needless to say, after 7 months I've decided to go back to my old pillow because this pillow is non refundable nor can you exchange for a different type. I'm currently in the military and played football in high school. Throughout this time, I've endured multiple neck and back injuries and cant sleep without a comfortable pillow. I purchased the bed as well and dont recomend that as well. Bottomline, unless you have money to waste, I wouldn't invest. I recommend you find someone you know personally that would allow you to lay on their pillow and bed for a few nights first because trying it out in the store while the salesman trying to get you buy and leave isn't enough time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best night sleep of my life. The bed just hugs you into sleep and keeps you there... the biggest fight is getting out of the bed in the morning.
