[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this pillow since 2016 and just ordered 2 more replacements. I use the pillows on a Tempurpedic cool breeze mattress. The pillows are supportive yet soft. They sink just enough for my head and yet support my neck. In addition, they do keep my head cool without being cold. I suffered a neck injury years ago when I fell while running after work in the dark. I have tried tons of pillows since then and this is the only one that keeps me comfortable and out of pain when I sleep.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this pillow because I have neck pain and I thought this would help me but it doesn't and since it's a pillow I can't return it. I think it sits too high

The only thing is it feels like it weight 25 pounds - very heavy when I'm trying to adjust myself sitting up in bed. (or even moving it to change sheets)

Not Cloud Sleeping

I have had this pillow since November of 2021. I can honestly say I force myself to use it, only because I spent so much money on it. It's not comfortable, and my optimism of my body finally adjusting to this pillow is gone. When I use this pillow all night I wake up in pain and with a headache. I have to remember to wake up and alternate between my Sleep Number pillow to avoid this. Or I have to combine this pillow with my travel neck pillow to avoid waking in pain. That defeats the purpose of this Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillow. The pillow is heavy and too firm to be considered a cloud pillow. Imagine waking in the middle of the night in pain, then having to move a pillow that weighs about 9 pounds! Then, inadvertently dropping it on your sleeping love one. That's not good at all! The only thing I like about this pillow is the cooling. However, once you add your pillowcase and Texas heat the "cooling" is voided out. This is unfortunate and wish I could return it. It was a waste of my money.
