Great Product That I'd Purchase Again But Not What We Wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a BOGO that came with our mattress purchase. It had stipulations at the bottom but nothing saying certain products would be excluded. When I tried to use it it would not apply to any pillows; told me it didn't exist. Luckily, they were having a BOGO on certain pillows at the same time. Didn't get the exact one we wanted but are happy with what we got and it was BOGO. Happy with our mattress and pillows and would recommend to everyone. My sleep has greatly improved.

Excellent warranty

Best pillow I've ever owned

My neck pain has been eliminated, the pillow has breathability, and it's the perfect firmness/height for my needs. Worth the money all around. Don't keep buying cheap replacement pillows. Invest in your sleep and your wellbeing tonight with Tempur-Pedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the king size pillows. My wife noticed how heavy they were and weighed one on the scale; holy smokes 10 lbs each!!! Great pillows, your head sinks right into it after a few minutes. Great support under your neck. And there is a definite cooling effect. We will se how this works in summer (if it ever comes). Throwing out the old pillows, these are here to stay.

Absolutely Life Changing

We had a pillow top Sealy bed which we thought was perfect, but had heard so much about Tempur-pedic, we thought, let's see, as we wanted to upgrade to a king size. We went to their flagship store in Scottsdale. The sales associate was very nice, not pushy, and started explaining how the floor was set up, from firm to soft, and features of each.. We already owned tempur-pedic pillows, so he suggested and got the exact same pillows we had at home, to try new beds. So the decision making process is person, but we neded up with the cooling bed in the almost firmest style (how's that for a description??). They even offered to hold our bed until we were ready for delivery (KUDOS) because we were moving to Colorado.. This went flawlessly. We purchased in September in Arizona, and had the bed delivered in Colorado in December on the day we closed. And what happened that night is the life changing moment! A bed is a bed right? You see all the commercials of these bed in a box - so much cheaper than what a Tempur pedic bed cost. Well, don't waste your money buying different beds and just bite the big one and get a Tempur Pedic. It does cradle you - it wil spoil you to sleep in ANY other bed (good and bad). It's been a month now with our bed, and I swear, it' is honesty the best sleep I have had.. I sleep solid thru the night, and wake up refreshed (which is an anomaly for me, because I am NOT a morning person, and for some reason, I am waking up early cause I am so rested. I also have never falen 'easily' asleep and I do with this bed & pillow. Now the pillow. The cool breeze pillow may feel hard, because it's firm, but it cradles your head, and I tend to sleep hot, and it's not 'cold' but it doesn't feel like your head is hot - so I'm not sweaty in the night (sorry, TMI). I had the pillow before the bed, and the pillow is also life changing. I will never use another pillow, and even bought a queen to travel with
