Love this pillow! I tried the neck pillow and the king size version of this pillow. I like the queen size better because it's not as heavy as the king and it's more comfortable on my neck. The neck pillow was a little too supportive. This pillow was perfect and I love the cooling option so when it gets warm just flip it over and it's nice and cool and you will fall asleep fast!

When we got our Cloud Breeze Cooling pillows, I noticed that I was sleeping better, and I wasn't wrestling with my pillow anymore. No more adjusting, or moving this pillow during sleep. No matter if sleeping on your side or back, this pillow adjusts perfectly to support my neck and shoulders. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone.

The pillow is extremely comfortable. It conforms, without making it feel as though it is going to drown you. The cooling effect is absolutely wonderful. This pillow is definitely worth the money. The only negative thing about this pillow is how heavy it is. Since I sleep with my arm under the pillow, it took some time to get used to the extra weight on my arm.

Best Pillow I've Ever Used

My wife has had one of these pillows for several months and I chose to get two more with the BOGO deal over the holidays. The main concern I had going in was how firm the feel would be over time but since using it for a little over a month I've put the concern to bed (haha). The pillow stays very cool and it forms to my head/neck in a very comfortable way. If I press into the pillow it holds its shape and I find I wake up feeling much less stress on my neck and shoulders. Strangely, it also seems to have greatly diminished my snoring - much to my wife's delight. Perhaps my snoring was caused more by head position than anything else? While it's the most I've ever spent on a pillow it's also the best one I've ever slept on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered two king size pillows, after placing the order I noticed a typo in the shipping address. I called the customer service line on the 21st and they said that the address would be updated before being shipped out and it would be all taken care of. Getting the email that my order has shipped, and the address is still incorrect. I used the virtual chat and they said that I would have to contact UPS to update it since their people failed to complete their job. I contacted UPS immediately and got that taken care of (again) When the package arrived it looked like it was mauled by bears. It was pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle with scraps of cardboard and tape. The two pillows are in great condition despite the box. Putting all that aside, first night on those pillows was the best sleep I have had in a long time.

Comfortable but expensive for what you get

It's comfortable but it's a lot of money and honestly doesn't provide as much cool as advertised. It seems to last for shorter durations every night I own it. It is my second tempurpedic but my first of this style and I won't buy dual cooling again. I would buy the brand again just not the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
