Too soft - defective - money wasted - dismal service

Once Tempur-Pedic has your money, they do not care about doing the right thing by their customers. Very disappointing. Wish I'd read the reviews first. I'm clearly not the only duped customer and will never get the defective pillow exchanged or refunded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horribly uncomfortable.

I was excited to receive this pillow at first but this pillow is absolutely horrible. My neck pain has only increased. The cooling feel lasts sbout 5 mins and than it feels hot, however, the lack of cooling doesn't bother me l, but I am quite disappointed about how uncomfortable it is. I constantly wake up having to readjust this heavy pillow. I totally regret saving up for two of these pillows. Both my wife and I have found our sleep to be worse since using them. Stay far away from this pillow but If you do want to buy this pillow, try and get it from a retailer who allows you to atleast return them if you hate it, I wish I had done that at least.

Soft pillow and bad customer service

The cooling feature is great. However, it is marketed as a medium feel and it definitely is not. It's soft. Too soft for me, and the same day I received this pillow I requested to exchange for firmer pillow and pay the difference. I was told no. Buyer beware.

A must have for women!

I absolutely love my pillow. It stays cool under the hottest conditions. The support is awesome while still having a softer feel. We bought them with our mattress and I allowed a friend to use one, ( as she too sleeps "overly" hot, and unfortunately her house burned .....complete loss. However upon returning to burn site ahe found 6, six, 1/2 burned bills that she had placed in the pillow. She sent them for exchange. Ultimately, the pillow saved her money at the worst time imaginable. I certainly wish I still had that pillow, as my husband likes his now as well. In time I will definately purchase another and for my spare room as well.

Good pillows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are very well built. They are firm and strong. That is why I say good because they are a touch too firm. Don't get me wrong, I like them but I would like just a little more softness.
