Didn't come as advertised

I am 6'4 in. with a heavy noggin and I need support for my neck and shoulders. I've been searching for the perfect pillow for a long time and thought I'd found it after talking to a sleep expert and explaining my situation. This pillow has no firmness whatsoever. It's like sleeping on a flat tire. To Tempur Pedic's credit, they agreed to exchange the pillow for one that I could find at retailers that worked for me. The Symphony pillow was my choice and they credited me the difference. And the Symphony has been a good choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Two and a half years out it still the best ever

It's hard to say if the support or the cooling effect is the most satisfying feature, but I'll have to go with "support" and then take "cooling" as a delightful extra. I like to go to sleep on my back with my head turned slightly sideward and this pillow provides complete support while still letting my head sink naturally into the cushion. During the night, I sleep more on my side and still enjoy full but soft support. The cooling effect is a wonderful extra treat, working quite well even here in Hawaii two and a half years after purchase.

We love how cold the pillows are when you get into bed and lay on them. And they keep you cool throughout the night. Who would've thought a pillow can bring so much joy when sleeping.

best cooling pillow

my husband has never been a fan of tempurpedic products, but when I ordered the breeze for myself, he stole it and says it is the best so far. Hence why I ordered the second breeze. The only bad thing is it is a very heavy pillow.

My wife and I didn't like the pillows that much for our heads. She likes them for a leg pillow. So not a total loss.

Great pillow but doesn't cool long

Love this pillow but if you're getting it for the cooling feature you'll be disappointed. It feels amazing at first (first couple minutes in the first couple weeks) but then the cooling basically isn't there anymore. BUT (and that's a big 'but') the pillow is still amazing! By far the best pillow I've ever owned! I'm honestly not even disappointed in the lack of cooling because of the high quality of this pillow.
