Ok. This is WAY better than most pillows - but it's not as amazing as one might think. My pillow is utterly flat every morning - so I use two other small pillows - I am a side sleeper. These are WAY more comfortable than other pillows. I just wish they were truly cold pillows.

No cooling, but great feel.

This pillow will only stay cool for the first few minutes, then gets surprisingly warm; more so than a regular pillow. I've woken up every morning to it warm as well, so it doesn't even cycle between cold and warm. However, the comfort of the pillow is bar none.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great cooling, but the pillow is too tall.

They cooling feature is awesome, but the pillow is too tall for my 5'4" wife and really taller than I would like at 6'. I wish it was made with a smaller height option.

I need to use another pillow underneath to get the proper support as a side sleeper. Stays cool for about 4 minutes at the most. I still flip the pillow constantly, but unlike a normal pillow both sides are warm and stay warm. The "Cooling" seems to just be a sensation for the first few minutes. Really overpriced for what you actually receive. On the positive, it is very soft (yet firm in a good way) and if I was a back sleeper I think it would be ideal.

Does not cool throughout the night

I was hoping for a product that would stay cool throughout the night but that's not the case. Nearly every night I wake up because my head is so hot, I'll try and move to a cool spot on the pillow but it seems no existent. The entire gel surface area seems to heat up. I'm a pretty normal guy about 210lbs. It's bit nicer in the winter time but forget about it in the summer.

I am a pillow connoisseur! But seriously - I've had seven brain surgeries, so the perfect pillow is essential for me. Anyone with the condition of Chiari, or IH, this pillow helps tremendously with the distribution of weight and the type support your head and neck need after treatment(s) for such. It cradles my head gently, yet gives the amount of support needed to feel comfortable. My husband sleeps more soundly with this pillow as well. Before purchasing these pillows, we switched pillows multiple times during the night - not now. Highly recommend this pillow for its comfort and cooling properties.
