I wanted to love this pillow. I thought this would be my go-to pillow for the next few years, unfortunately that’s not the case. PROS: I do like the cooling, living in Florida this is essential. Quality built. CONS: Extremely heavy for a pillow. Heads sinks way too much into the pillow for any true neck support.
Overall, a decent pillow with a lot of potential but the cons take away two stars. If you’re ok with a heavy pillow and like the ultra sinking in sensation of a pillow, this may be for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m a side sleeper and need a thick pillow, started out great and I loved it. But within 10 months it started going flat in about 20 seconds after laying your head in it. Because there is no visible defect they will not warranty the defective pillow. DO NOT BUY!

This pillow stays cool no matter what. I do think I need a little more support because I'm a side sleeper. It has greatly minimized the shoulder pain I was experiencing

Like any new bedding product, mattress, pillow; you have to give it several days to, I say "loosen up". I went back to my regular pillow and then after one night, I tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow and have been loving it ever since. It is not too high, which can hurt your neck, and it does, believe, me loosen. I wouldn't change back to past pillow for anything. Believe me, my sleeping space is so important to me.

This pillow is ridiculously high, hard, and heavy. I’ve slept on a tempur-pedic before and it was so comfortable. Disappointed this one wasn’t. I got too excited and opens both and threw out the box: wish I could return it. I think it works best for people with bigger frames because my husband loves it and it’s not too high for him. On the bright side, the cooling works so good…it’s too cold for me.
