I have neck problems and am a side sleeper to ease the pain, and thought I was purchasing a firmer, thicker pillow. Not at all. It works great for cooling but becomes thin upon pressure. For reference, I'm a 132-lb., 5'6" woman with a smaller frame. The cooling aspect does work, though.

great product... highly recommend if you want a cooler pillow. I've had several Tempurpedic pillows over the years and they tend to trap body heat. Not this one... may not have splurged for 2 king size pillows if they didn't have the BOGO offer. But, I'm glad I did... every night is very restful.

We just bought the luxe breeze mattress so we decided to order new pillows as well. Unfortunately, I thought anything from Tempur-Pedic came with a return guarantee in case it doesn't work for you - Well, not these $169 plus tax each pillows!! This pillow is too high and it is really hard/firm, heavy and big in overall. I actually have never seen a pillow this sturdy and uncomfortable. I feel disappointed TP doesn't accept exchanges or return considering how expensive these are.

This pillow is SO hard. It gives me a horrible headache. I tried over and over to use it and just can't. We also got the king sized one so it was $200. Since it is a pillow there is a no return policy. I thought since I loved my mattress I would love the pillow. It was such a waste of money.

This is a great pillow mechanically; it is supportive, and it conducts heat away well. Big drawback is the odor. After almost 2 months, there is still a pronounced chemical odor, presumably from the foam and gel emitting gases. I don't know if this dissipates over time, but it is disconcerting. I feel like I'm laying my head in a chemical soup. I have nightmares about tumors growing in my head. Maybe Tempurpedic can choose more wholesome materials??
