This pillow exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. My head sinks in whether I sleep on my back or my side and I am completely supported. The pillow is cool to the touch which surprised me because a YouTuber said that the pillow felt like ice. I have wondered if the cooling gel was awakened during the shipping process since I did buy this during summer. Overall, I would buy this for my wife.

I wanted to really like this pillow. I was looking for a cooling pillow. It was excellent for cooling, but it was way too high for my comfort. It actually hurt my neck, and I would wake up with pain.

This pillow was recommended to me by my chiropractor for my chronic neck pain. It supports the head in the side and back sleep positions. This support overnight has helped to remove some of the sharpness in the pain level. It cost a lot of money and it would be been sad had it not helped diminish some of the pain.

I was surprised at the weight of these pillows, the extra weight actually adds to the experience for me because it helps me to not move around. The pillow is supportive, but doesn't fight me.
