After the many years of putting them to use we seen that we needed another set. And like anyone else we looked around for a budget pillow, but nothing came close to the quality & comfort of what we had all of those years. So, I ordered another set because at least I knew I was getting the best & I would get many more years out of my hard-earned money! Trust me on this, you will not beat the comfort & quality of TEMPUR-PEDIC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pillow I bought did not match the description at all on the website for the type of pillow it was. The pillow itself was not great and I slept pretty bad both nights I used it. I called the customer service asking for either a return or to exchange it for a different product and was told absolutely not. I then asked if the second pillow I bought, that was still in the original wrapping, could be returned or exchanged. And was told no. Tempur-Pedic literally has no customer service. No returns, no matter what. Will never be using their products again.
