Unfortunately, the firm queen pillows were Not what we expected. I had waited to splurge on this brand for a few years. Quality Bed linens are a priority w/ our family and I felt certain these would be a hit. Three members tried using and put them aside. They are surely 'firm' to the point of being extremely heavy and, beyond Comfort firm. I assume they have a following of those who find them perfect but that was sadly not our experience.

I really tried to like this pillow. Recommended by many websites and some friends, so I decided to get one. Unfortunately, there aren't any returns on pillows, so I'm trying to sell it third party. Definitely the tempur material, but what seems to me to be a much less reactive version of the material. Pressing your head down into the pillow presents a ton of resistance, and it takes a long time to reconform back. This means that if you want to change position, you have to lift your head and move it to a new spot that takes 5-10 seconds to compress again, which wakes me up. Incredibly firm as well. The King version also weights 11 pounds. Not very maneuverable if you like to adjust while sleeping. The pillow does hold up on how cool it is, did not have an issue, and I'm a very hot sleeper. Definitely try it before you buy it.

Bought two king size pillows, LOVE the cooling features. These are heavy! They conform to your head which is great. Took a couple weeks to get used to. I felt like they were too firm at first. I actually thought I didn't like the pillow. I tried my old favorite and it was awful, went right back to the TEMPUR-cloud Breeze and haven't looked back. My husband did the same as me, tried to go back to his old pillow and hated it. Loves the new one.

The pillows are unusually firm. It takes a lot of weight to get reaction from the memory foamI wish I could go back and get the pro adapt cooling instead. The description for these pillows shouldn't have soft anywhere in it.

The pillow is as described in the product information. The pillow most definitely has a cooling aspect and the Tempurpedic material is great. The wife loves this pillow as she runs warms at night and the cooling feature works great. My issue is I wish the pillow thicker so my head titled up a little higher. With this pillow my head sinks into the pillow and rests at a lower position. There is a similar pillow available thru Tempurpedic that I wish I would have purchased but the return policy does not allow for it as all sales are final due to the personal aspect of the product.

We bought two of these as a promotion when we purchased a Tempur-Luxe mattress (LOVE the mattress!!!), but they are too stiff and too tall for the tastes of me and my wife. We gave them a good try of a couple weeks, but they aren't for us. The pillow is quite thick and because of it's firmness, I feel I need to literally force my head down into the pillow to get my head low enough for comfort while laying on my back. It's not as bad while side sleeping, but after too many nights of awaking to a stiff neck, I've given up on it. The cooling aspect did seem to work, but they are just too firm for us. Lastly - we hadn't read the fine print about our inability to return pillows. Our bad; but consider it when making a purchase.
