We have a King size bed so I ordered the king size pillows-too big. Fortunately, we were able to return them for the Queen size pillows-just right! I have noticed considerable improvement in my neck pain and my husband has been snoring a lot less since sleeping on these pillows. I like that they have a cooling panel in the middle because sometimes I get too warm at night. All I have to do is flip the pillow over and lay back on the cooler side and I go right back to sleep. A friend recommended this pillow to us and now I recommend it to you. Is expensive but well work it for a good night sleep!

Where is the support to your head. Our heads just sinks. Cooling technology works, but the lack of support overshadows the benefits. Is this a product that only works well in conjunction with a tempurpedic bed?

Pillows do stay cool and does form to your head . But after about a minute the pillows completely go flat almost paper thin except the sides that have contoured around your head. I am primarily a stomach sleeper and these pillows do not work well for that .Although they state "all position". I am Very dissatisfied with pillows and with no return policy on them they were a waste of money . Waking up with a sore neck with these pillows and out of over $200 . I am not happy . Perhaps they would be good for back sleepers . I noticed that they do not go as flat while sleeping on my back . They need a return policy on these pillows or perhaps an exchange. Especially when they cost so much .

Beware of an off-gassing smell from pillow

Bought my bed, frame, and pillow in July and I am still noticing an off-gassing smell coming from the pillow. I have washed the cover many times trying to help eliminate it, but it is still there and very unpleasant. I have also aired the pillow many times during open window season. The smell is unpleasant and very noticeable. I am hoping it is not formaldehyde or something toxic from manufacture of the pillow.

TERRIBLE PILLOW - AVOID

This pillow is not firm whatsoever. My spouse and I both woke up with neck pains multiple nights in a row before giving in. Your head sinks in so much, you're basically laying on the mattress, and the rest of the pillow is almost suffocating. I own 4 other Tempur-Pedic pillows, along with a mattress, and this is the worst by far!! I will not be buying any future products from Tempur-Pedic.
