This pillow is excellent!! It's large and very heavy BUT it does feel very good under my head when I sleep. I am a side sleeper mostly and ordered the high version and it works perfectly to cradle my neck and shoulders. The pillow doesn't feel very cool to the touch, however; I haven't had any issues waking up bc I was hot, so I think it does a great job of staying cool. I love my new pillow! The price point may deter some, but I got mine on BOGO, so it helped with getting 2 pillows for the higher price tag.

A little flat/not much bulk to the pillow

Cooling part of the pillow is good and works as described. However, not much tempur material inside to build pillow up. Goes flat very quick and doesn't spring back up very quickly either. It's almost as if your head sinks directly to the mattress. When reading other reviews, they stated it was a bulky pillow with lots of support. Unfortunately cannot return. I should've ordered the other cloud pro pillow. :(

Read the reviews before buying the pillow I purchased is like sleeping on a rock. When I called Tempur Pedicure customer service they told me to try and break in my pillow. There is no breaking in a rock.

Have always used down pillows..... Until now...I had never had a tempur pedic pillow. I took a chance and ordered this in firm king size. I was worried It would be hard. Pillow is what advertised, it's firm but NOT hard. Even though it's firm, you still sink into it. It is a little heavy, but you can still move it under your head. The cooling effect is amazing. Now along with my Breeze mattress I'm on cloud 9. PS will never go back to down.
