By far the most uncomfortable pillow ever. Very hard. It's like sleeping on a rock. Tried for 2 nights and got stiff neck by morning each time. Very expensive. Would not recommend!

You can definitely feel the cooling effect, however, as someone with a neck injury I was hoping for more support. It is pretty flat and therefore doesn't adjust around my features that well.

I ordered this pillow based off site description and other reviews. I was expecting medium firmness. This pillow is so hard it's like sleeping on a brick. I will never order another pillow without trying it out first. Waste of money.

It is comfortable and not too firm. Best part is when you move during the night the cool is so refreshing and nice. On warm evenings I flip it over and immediately cool. Will buy more!
