Worst pillow ever. It has no resistance, goes flat within seconds. It doesn't support your neck at all. NOT WORTH THE MONEY BUYER BE WARE. PLUS THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PILLOWS. They sit in a linen closet not being used.....absolutely terrible pillow.

This is a hard pillow and conforms to your head. It really flattens out where you lay on it and provides no support. It gives me a neck ache. It is not returnable.

Even though this pillow gives you the cool effect, after the first day of use, it gets flat, offering no support whatsoever, even less neck support for side sleepers. I had high expectations and I'm beyond disappointed. Worst part, you can't even return it.

I've always been a big advocate of Tempurpedic but I must say, I received these pillows the other day and have yet to be able to get comfortable on them. They're advertised as a firmer type pillow but they're very squishy which means you sink and sink and sink into them. I've used 2 other Tempurpedic pillows for over 10 years and figured it was time to upgrade with the recent BOGO offer but I'm extremely disappointed. With no return policy on pillows, I'm out the money and using my old pillows again. These are heavy pillows which I like but nowhere near the firmness size expected. They feel and sound papery/scratchy and just are not comfortable.

We bought two of these pillows. I was looking for some support to relieve neck pain. My wife can usually sleep well under any conditions. These pillows are so soft that after a bit our heads sink the the level of the mattress. Neither my wife nor I can sleep with them, and we stopped trying. I asked about exchange, but there is none. They are a $300+ loss for us.
