Although these pillows are comfortable and cooling, there is a terrible smell to them that will not go away. I have them for 2 months and this is very disappointing for pillows that were SO EXPENSIVE. I regret my purchase.

I don't understand how this is a cooling pillow, my husband and I both tried it and neither thought it was cool to sleep on. It's very thick and very heavy. We just don't care for it. Within two weeks it was waiting to find a new home.

We've been using this pillow for about two months now and it's begun to stay pretty low. We thought it would mold our heads better and be higher but it's not, it sinks pretty far down and has been staying that way. I wish it would keep our head up a bit higher. I guess we set our expectations too high.

This was our third time To purchase tempurpedic. 1. Go to your local store and try the products before ordering online. 2.Pillows take at least 6 weeks for the smell to go away. Also the cooling pillow is extremely heavy and very tall. I ordered what said Was medium but I'm 5'1 and it's too tall. I went back to my neck roll pillow. My husband is 6'4 and he likes it. But at $250 and not able to return them is hard to take. Ordering online was Really nice easy and we got the hybrid its top is very slick. Get a mattress cover or the sheets slide off. Might be worth buying the sheets. We bought top of the line platform. For the $ the adjustable base should have 2 remotes.

Wow!! What an amazing visit I had at the West Hartford store. My sister and I went in to purchase pillows and asked to see the highest end bed. When Christopher placed us on the cooling bed with leg lifts and massage, we thought we were in heaven! I own a tempurpedic and this bed was truly amazing. Christopher and Karin were wonderful- very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect pillows. It was so nice to stop in for a very relaxing experience and enjoyable conversation
